Supporting DRF Luftrettung by J.S. Logistics is a central part of our commitment to society. DRF Luftrettung, which has been dedicated to saving lives from the air for over 50 years, has once again achieved impressive accomplishments this year.
In 2023, the teams of DRF Luftrettung carried out an impressive 36,413 missions. This remarkable number demonstrates the immense importance of air rescue for rapid and professional medical care. The crews undertook nearly 100 missions per day to save lives, with 12 DRF helicopters ready for deployment around the clock. Particularly noteworthy is the opening of a new air rescue station in Berlin-Buch, which has been operational since January 2024. This station is special because it has extended operating hours and is ready for deployment until 10 p.m., significantly increasing the range of possible missions.
Thanks to the support from sponsoring members and sponsors like J.S. Logistics, DRF Luftrettung was once again able to make important investments in 2023, which directly contribute to improving rescue missions. A significant part of these acquisitions was the expansion of medical equipment.
The year 2023 was also marked by the 50th operational anniversary of DRF Luftrettung. This special anniversary was celebrated with numerous events and a special exhibition.
The continuous support from sponsors like J.S. Logistics makes an important contribution. The contributions help not only in acquiring new technologies but also in the training and further education of the crews who save lives every day. In the 2023 annual report of DRF Luftrettung, the importance of this support is clearly highlighted—a direct investment in saving lives.
J.S. Logistics is pleased to be part of this success story and will continue to support the work of DRF Luftrettung in the future. Together, we contribute to ensuring that people in need can count on quick and professional help from the air.
